Time?    in the P&L?    how's that work?
If you're an HR person (Consultant or Practitioner) who works in the SMB (small/mid sized biz) space, the C-suite in those firms will appreciate it if you bring a high level of understanding of the P&L to the table.
One of the things that is NOT technically in the P&L is "Time", but it is so critical in so many ways in business. I stumbled across an article that addresses this issue in the best way I'd ever encountered. Here's a link to it. And the picture below attempts to "show" you how the concept fits.
